Come enjoy the beautiful mountains of Northern Utah and experience the serene setting of staying at an original homestead from the late 1800's with the original home still on the property. This 7-acre event ranch has some of the best mountain views. This unit is a beautiful up to date 1 bedroom, 1 bath basement apartment... It has a private entrance and is approximately 1000sqft with an in-unit washer and dryer. This apartment has a full kitchen and all appliances. This is a fully furnished and decorated apartment. This apartment is located down the street from Nordic Ski resort (1 mile), 5 minutes to Pineview Reservoir and 10 minutes from North Fork. Also, Snowbasin and Powder Mountain are within 20 minutes. This apartment is perfect for any outdoor adventurist all year round, someone looking for a relaxing get away, or a couple/small family looking for a calm lifestyle in the mountains. This is the basement apartment to owners' main residence for their family, and a part of their working event farm, so this is not a perfectly quiet location. Like any basement apartment, you can occasionally hear walking upstairs and animals making noise on the farm, along with petting farm guests and events. But, if you’re looking for some of the best views, upscale amenities and an escape from city life, this apartment would be ideal for your stay. Pets considered with pet fee. The basement apartment renters have access to a small, enclosed patio area and fenced-in grass area on the ranch. There are also two uncovered, nearby parking spaces for renters.
No parties at the apartment and no smoking on the property.
Farm tours and time with the animals or use of the fire pit is also available for renters by reservation only. You can arrange with owner.
Sleeps 2-4 people. Can accommodate more upon request.
There is also 2 glamping tents available for rental on the farm and would share the apartment bathroom.
You can ADD a date night on the farm, or any other farm experience to your stay as well for an additional fee. Come and enjoy!
